Arcane, What a task the SEC faced with that one. While I was reading through the charges and allegations, I was drawing a parallel to another OTC-BB stock I'm aware of that is deficient in filings and hasn't yet publicly disclosed litigation in which its' involved. The one thing that puzzles me though, is that with all of the charges and what-have-you, why is JAWS not temporarily halted pending resolution of any problems? KJC
