I posted it before on the other thread, even scared the shit out of apovlovic People questioning me why I took a pile of money off the table and paid off the house when I had been making a much larger return on my money than the lousy 6% mortgage. Because people, shit happens and if it haoppens to you you will be SOL if you haven't planned for it Think the lurkers got that lance?
