William have you looked at priceline lately. A disclaimer is that I have a bunch of puts, but I bought them as insurance against my longs. Overall I was a priceline bull but there is a huge amount of insider selling... every VP is selling 50,000 shares it seems and a secondary is coming. I heard the airline analyst on cnbc say that Delta might start selling some of their shares. Right now the float is 15mm (low) but with all these shares coming into the mkt I can't see how the stock can hold. Do you have any thoughts on pcln's fair value etc.
