MVII LLC holds just under 4 million shares of DSIT and Tom Martin over 100k personaly. Both were filed on June 1 with the SEC. When the tender was made at 4.38 per share the large share holders disposed of their shares at the offer.

I'd bet that the merger with the private co. being discussed is a move toward being able to mfg. DSIT products in China as that is the connection needed to produce at a lesser overhead.

I'll be listening carefully for any new buzz toward product development. <ggggggggg> I have heard rumor "by end of summer"
