Kathy I have been mulling your question. In general the posts back to you are right. All the TAers do is read the bones after they are thrown and guess the momentum. Most TAers read the same books so most see the same pictures whether they are discussed or not, and most will react similarly to resistance points, etc. But I do think we hit the wall at 10 last time because so many of us discussed 10 as an obejective. Not just one person, but many. We all came to believe in 10 as a price objective and when it hung there for a few days many of us had healthy profits and took some off the table for safety, trading, whatever. (I didn't because I move slower than the rest and I felt there was more chance to further my resources here over 30 days than on some other gambles.) There is new money in the game now and those in early have maybe already taken their safety profits or trading money so the pressures should be differnt now as we try to get through 10 this time. The pressures will probably be more from people who bought in between 8 and 10 the last couple of weeks and are so relieved to see a chance to get their money back they might want to bail. Hopefully the time has been so short they will not have become so distressed they will want out but instead will urge the stock on.

Zeev is the student of resistance points and from history knows approximately the volume of stock that will have to be purchased around 10 to, on average, boost us through that resistance point. Talking about 8 or10 does not make them resistance points. Historical repetitive patterns we all relate to make them points of interest. The nutty thing is for a long time I was convinced there was not enough volume to use TA on BB stocks, but TA Mark has proved me wrong an forced me back to the books on TA.
