The worst is over for Xillix.A bit of bottom support this week.To the best of my knowledge Xillix still owns exclusive patent rights.Any sort of news good or bad will stimulate interest in this company,just hope Xillix prepare their case against Olympus properly with no avenue which Olympus can delay a court date.At this junction Xillix can ill afford to retain lawyers for any specify time.
