We're in a world where change is initiated for change's
sake. Sometimes things are better just the way they are.
If it aint broke don't fix it.

The problem is there's always some asshole in an organization
that's trying to move up the corporate ladder, so he initiates
a change in an effort to justify his own unjustifiable
existence.
