Hi Sherman, I ordered mine direct as well - their standard delivery is now two business days. I ordered a new DELL notebook the same day and the modem will probably get here much earlier, so I'll have some time to sit here and "analyze" it (i.e. look at it) for a few days, since I don't really feel like going to the trouble of configuring my desktop. Good to know that both you and Jim have had good experiences w/ support. Re your comment: I think that the lack of marketing will change as R2 rolls out... I'm expecting a media blitz, although I wouldn't be surprised to see a slow and gradual ad campaign either (based on lessons learned, so as not to overwhelm the infrastructure/support/sales systems). But definitely an end to the self-imposed "quiet period". I've gone on long enough tonight and will have much to say in the coming week so I'll sign off for now. Thanks for your reply. PM
