Most people said the same thing back during the OJ trial about computer surveys,remember. Unfair unfair there aren't that many people with computers. I didn't have one. Low and behold, look at us now. Let us not forget about the prosperity that has been with us. It seems as if it has been so long that I can't remember how long it's been since the last bump in the economy.I think one of my neighbors had one. All joking aside these are different times. I remember when my kids talked me into a computer just so they could send me e-mail. (they live some distance from me now.). I said I'm not going to pay somebody 20 bucks for maybe 1 hour a month. I started like everybody else out there it got to be when ever I wanted a question answered I turned on the computer. Next thing I new,(I was using MSN then)they sent me an e-mail saying I was hurting everybody else by staying on the line so long, made me feel guilty. Then along came @home always on, the only time mine shuts off now is if leave it alone for a while and it go's to sleep. When I want to check on something I just give it a little nudge and it's right at the place I left off. Now I've got to brag a little by leaving it on like that I have this new talking e-mail program that tells me when I have mail, even wakes the computer up. Now that I have said all that isn't that worth the same 20 bucks, because I to had to get another phone line. Everybody kept telling me to stay off the computer we can't get through to you on the phone. Well being retired I sure didn't want to miss any of the important calls. You know the one's. Hello we have a cheaper long distance rate, bla bla, bla.. I guess that's what open access was good for then, just can't wait for all of the cable company's to call. Gee who knows one of them may give it to me for nothing. Well I'll sign off now ,that I know I'm not living in reality like Jing and yourself. But before I go if you hear about anybody needing coupons I would be happy to save and send the ones that I get, if it will help them to pay there internet bill. I do hope you get my point.
