JH, As Always, You're Welcome!

Congrats on your poots on MSFT. Gersh will see his day in this volatile market.

Goodbye July -- a bummer of a month!

Re: F -- It's always a tough one when one gets caught in the the down draft witnessed today, but wierd things happen on wacky Fridays. Actually, I'm more entertained than concerned. While I do wish I'd waited a day, as with ALL, I can afford a week to get my 2%. One thing for certain about the Big Boyz, that gap down will be tested.

The cute aspect of it, that I enjoy watching, is the timing of an attack. Like, it's August, and we are supposed to be surprised that car companies are going to offer discounts?

The larger problem is the extent of the recovery. While last week it appeared certain that we would see OEX 710, OEX 703-5 now looks like the max. I really expect August to be another bummer of a month, and visualize a test of at least OEX 665, and probably OEX 643-5. I've got the bottom of the OEX long-term channel at 615, rising about 3 points a week, and really believe that 1) we will test it in the next 6 weeks and 2) we've seen the highs for this year. Joy-Joy.

Just a view from the swamp.
