NTIQ. This one slumped after the initial pop and then closed
up very nicely. Here is what TheStreet.com had to say re
NTIQ:

NetIQ
IPO: (NTIQ:Nasdaq) Provider of performance and availability management software for Microsoft Windows NT-based systems and applications
Deal size: 3 million
Price range: 11 - 13
Lead by: CS First Boston
My take: The most remarkable point in this deal is the rate at which the company has managed to grow its revenue. Actually, grow is the wrong word: Explode is more accurate. Trailing nine-month results put them slightly in the red, but I'm not fazed. I would be paying attention if I were buying deals this week.

Well, I bought it! I was so clever, thinking it would surge and I
would dump it. But it closed up on solid buying only slightly
over where I picked it up, so I held it over the weekend. Surely
next week will be less gloomy than the last two!
