Zeev, <<why?>> Harken needs a Sand Prince? <VBG> Political instability, funding requirements, doesn't this all have a familiar ring? When the TA and FA don't agree, believe the TA. Now where did I hear that? HEC looks like dead money in the short term IMO. What really disappoints me is that I never got to lose any money with HEC calls. <VVBG>
