Well John, the cat is out of the bag. There has been an SEC document filed (13D) that explains in detail where John Correnti is in fact in the process of a hostile take over of BIR and he has some real horsepower behind him. Link: freeedgar.com AND biz.yahoo.com BIR is now in play!
