Spoke to the company. Their year end results will be delayed perhaps 10 more days. No problem really. The 4th quarter as well as the first half of this year will be essentially FLAT they say. They are down to 900 slots out in Peru which they SAY are long-term contracts and will cover their overhead. They are optimistic about the participation business in Columbia and other counties. I`m much less thrilled however condsidering the crime and so forth. Plus potential THEFT by employess since its a CASH business. They are talking about putting 500 out per month which I think is agressive. Time will tell but I dont see any reason for the stock to go up in the next few months. Now IF they do get the machines out at even half the rate they are talking about, the 2nd half could be good. And the following year even better. Thats thr risk here. CAN they do it ? Wtth tangible book value around $2.65 (give or take) I cant see the stock falling below $2. Nor can I see it going above 3 untill they develop some kind of track record in the participation business. I still own the stock and the warrants. Would consider adding to my stock position on weakness.
