I went over to the Liberate TV site. Sounds fantastic. Watching it has convinced me that besides DSL and ADSL, broadband access is something that AOL should start getting into. These technologies have their respective limitations. But the important thing is to be everywhere and anywhere and let the consumer choose the method of access to cater to their individual needs.

Did anyone see the piece on CCNFn yesterday :AOL Online: the Bottom line" It touched on the recent insider selling, some other fund managers also selling since they felt that all the money that is to be made on AOL has been made since it is now a member of the S&P etc. etc. The piece ended with the broadband access still being something that investors would like to see AOL get into. A silver lining in the clip was that with the onset of fall (indoor activities increasing) and the holiday season, AOL will likely increase its membership as well as e-commerce revenue.

However, one significant thing is that analysts have still maintained their price target in the vicinity of 200 for AOL and it continues to be a Internet bluechip, a Internet bellweather.
