Hi Jay. I don't support anyone that states whether you "should or should not" sell your shares. This fellow is not an analyst nor a financial advisor, so he shouldn't be offering up the "bait" of better things to come in this manner. Everyone has a "risk tolerance" and at notime should a person exceed that tolerance level based on a posters enthusiasm. That is why I am careful in what I say. I have let it be known that I am in this for "richer or poorer in sickness or in health"........ I don't know the poster but do share his enthusiasm for the property and management. I do think the best is not yet discovered..........we'll see! the Chief
