hasn't the lawsuit been around for a while? not sure about the patent issues, but NVDM was in the space before MRBA, i believe NVDM may have been one of the motivators to MRBA to use 'their' technology in that fashion MRBA reminds me a bit of PCST, but much higher adulation factor in the value due to Polese's connection with Java ynot ;)
