Info about RTP, North Carolina...

I am a fellow DRGI investor. I live in Raleigh, NC and I can say that for those of you who do not know of RTP (Research
Triangle Park), it very impressive. It has been compared to Silicon Valley, CA.

Companies headquartered here include Glaxo-Wellcome, Sumitomo Electronics and many other high tech companies.
Lucent Technologies, Eastman-Kodak and so many more.

IBM employees over 12,000 employees in RTP. My wife is with IBM and we came down here from Philadelphia in 1994.
DRGI has picked a wonderful and "HOT" place to develop land.

RTP, since 1961, has been like a magnet for large companies relocating from up North (Ney York, New Jersey,
Philadelphia, Delaware) and all over the country. I will say that there is no way a land deal in RTP, NC will fail.

You would have to live here to know. I run a "new homeowner welcoming company", similar to the old fashioned "Welcome
Wagon" and the growth in what is referred to as "The Triangle" (Raleigh/Durham/Chapel Hill) is just incredible. Averaging 10 -
13 percent each and every year.

The weather and golf are just great. It is a great place to live. Come on down!
