David - Are you running scans in QP2 and then putting them into Metastock files so Advanced GET can do further searches/scans on them? Or are you just simply reading the QP2 files directly from Advanced GET?

You will be just fine if you are just reading directly from QP2 but in the first case I'm told we will have to delete the Metastock files and then re-create them losing all notes, if we have any, that were attached. You can tell if your files are affected by setting the datapath to Metastock and look at AOL. If there is no volume for 07/30 then the problem is still there.

I'll through this out to the experienced. Will we lose our charts in the saved folders if they were in the Metastock format if/when we re-create under the same Metastock file name. I'm guessing the answer is yes so what if anything can we do to save them in GET? - Lenny

Edit - I guess this is a good reason to back up ones files each evening!!
