I'd have to disagree with you on one minor point. VECO is pretty good at buying very good companies at premium prices. The only company that they ever bought cheap was Materials & Resources, or something, and I'm not sure if it was a useful acquisition or not. They paid premium prices for Wyko and Digital Instruments, but got what they paid for. I do agree that they are very good at keeping key people and integrating the acquisitions, and good at deciding what they want to buy (Wyko), and what they just want to resell (SMIT).

As for WFR, I am puzzled by this move to $13-14 and agree that it is premature.
