zeev, that is the point of contrarian investing - political situation in colombia is current terrible - esp with recent bombing. indonesian stocks bottomed when rioting was at its peak and are subsequently up a few hundred % from bottom as situation is improving. i think same analogy applies to colombia and harken - when agreement is reached with rebels (months? year? years?) stock will have already made much of its run. gary
