EDITED: Realistically, where should the stock settle in once NASDAQ listing happens?

I'm trying to find out how many shares are outstanding (have we ever gotten a number from BLLS) and have stumbled across a form 10 with a file date of 7/28/99.

sec.gov

On the search list, just below the above link, is the 6/29 initial filing. Has anyone read through the new form 10? Is it really new? I'm reading through it now...

EDIT: Answered my own question...Sallie Mae is listed in the update.
