Took Profits? Aren't you a lucky boy/girl? From a T/A standpoint bottom currently is at $1.00. I was hoping to see .75 myself. But personally I have a lot of people in the stock above $2.00. Breaking the $2.00 barrier is going to be a tough cookie to break because once we hit that range there will be a lot of longs who have become impatient and will exit and the first opportunity.

No one likes see their investment go down unless they are shorting the stock. Highly unlikely with this stock.

We all forget one important factor why a company goes public in the first place. To seek funding and the majority of funding takes place in the open market where the company sells stock into the market or gets private placement.

MDTV, due to the fact it is still not an officially reporting company and came public through a shell makes it difficult to get true private placement for the company.

I know they have been diligently attempting to seek private placements through numerous sources and I believe they have come up empty more times than not.

So, they, the company or whomever the seller is or may have been; could have been seeking it through the market. All companies do it on all exchanges. MDTV is no different.

Overall, I am still extremely bullish on the company and its prospects.

News and big, big, big news will be the true factor to push MDTV to new highs!
