Gibbons, I'm sure it's user error but I'm having problems with the "Time & Sales" window also. It's my understanding that I should be able to see ALL transactions on this sceen for several previous days. However, when I do a "page down" several times the I "run into darkness", i.e. the screen is black. Any thoughts? Thanks in advance. Stan
