I spoke with the CFO late last week and he informed me that the company has received comments back from the NASD in regards to the 10SB filing. They are addressing the comments (which appear quite minor) and will be submitting the requested changes. It appears that the company is well on its way to becoming fully reporting. I am extremely confident that the company will get the funding it is looking for. There are too many sources willing to fund it. This company's business is extremely capital intensive and it will be necessary for the company to continue to fund its rapid growth either thru the equity or debt markets. I feel management have done an outstanding job growing the business with the funding to date and on a per subscriber basis are probably the most efficient user of capital in the business. I agree that $2.00 has built up to be a major resistance point. It will take some serious buying to break through. I am sure that once we break that level, however, we will see considerably higher prices. Cheers, Paul
