there are several private y2k threads available where pros and cons of clorox are vigorously debated, with and without credentialization of health care professionals in attendance. would suggest you search engine a website called 'one list' and peruse the many offerings there to join in such an informative debate as you are able to find by posing your request for pro and con information there. is suspect you will be deluged with information as anyone was who asked in times past when i participated actively on some of those threads and learned what i did not know up until then either, as i'd always heard the chlorox solution before, too. the con arguments against using clorox and substituting other, safer solutions to water purification, won me over. frankly i was relieved, as i had been convinced of chlorine toxicity a long time ago when it was decided our public water supplies needed chlorine in massive doses . good luck in your research.
