RESPONSE to DIVER's repeated ramblings:

Bill,

We have a problem, and a difference of opinion. The very reason that I chose not to contact Susan Lynch is that

1.) I was told that she had sold her stake as reported through 144 filings as she had chosen to divest herself of her holdings of GRNO and revert territorial distribution rights back to GRNO. IOW, I assumed that this took the Lynch's out of the picture overall.

2.) As we have discovered in many other cases, their is a limit to infringing into company business. Unless I have a compelling reason to do so, I won't. Verbal assertions, lacking hard-copy documentation, aren't compelling enough. If they are for others, then so be it. Let THEM spend their treasure on every yahoo who decides to spread a rumour or has an obvious ax to grind.

3.) That their would be plenty of time to continue my due diligence as the processor came closer to completion. (Pretty much completed now... I would venture to say.

Even if what you say is true, the current status of the company still negate any fundamental impact of their being NO Brazilian deal.

You keep challenging me to do my due diligence!!! You had from September, 96 until know to contact Jamie Lynch and correspond with him directly. I asked VERY GRACIOUSLY to send me a "stack of documentation" (your words) that you claimed to have on this issue.
Why haven't you sent it?? It is important enough for you to mention it here on Silicon Investor and distract the conversation, yet you will not provide basic hard-copy documentation of anything you claim.

I refuse to chase each and every rumour. And like I said before, in November this may have been an issue, but it is no longer of any relevance.

I can ask Bill Carraway to fax me a copy of any correspondence with Jaimie Lynch. But frankly, neither I nor he have the time to deal with your allegations. It amazes me that you'll spend far more time out here on the internet that could be better utilized in mailing your domentation to me.

It causes me to really suspect your intentions.

So you've said your piece, you warned everone about the dangers of this investment and how the entire credibility of this company and managment rests solely upon the veracity of the Brazilian deal. You've said it, won't answer my repeated requests to provide documentation, and are obviously here for some altruistic and entirely selfless reason.

If this is as far as you will respond to my requests and you don't want to tell everyone that you sold your stake for $100,000 +/-, and this stake would currently be worth $600,000 +/- (oopss.. GRNO was up almost a buck this week, so let's say $7-800,000!!), AND that Bob Feller and Dan Garman, who are still active with their GRNO distributorships, (Bob may have orders for 14 units total) seem VERY happy with Bill Carraway's progress, (I've met both of them, and spoken at length with Dan Garman), AND I would rather believe folks who are STILL doing business with GRNO, rather than merely grinding an ax because they were stupid enough to sell their distributorship and haven't had ANY contact with the company for several years.

Frankly, the observable facts have outweighed my pursuing your assertions (of which you seem hestitant to document for me). I have limited time. In the time you have spent out here, you could have sent a copy of the letter to me many times over. Or at least contacted me for an address, which you should already have.

The ball is still in your court.

You expect us to do more research than you have actually done at this point. You haven't even presented Bill Carraway with you "evidence" which is inadmissable until verifiable in "hard copy".

Regards,

Ron
