That might explain the lack of interest in FIBR right now, and I think it is very healthy for NSIL to stay clear of FIBR, the more it distances it from FIBR and Par the better chance it has of success, IMO.

ps. yes I do agree with you that the NSIL spin off should do more for FIBR than the NTOP spin off did for IDTC. Yet, when you look at the value imbalance between IDTC and its spin off, it has some comparisons with FIBR and NSIL.
