At least we have Mr. Tom Colligan on board as senior management. Tom was one of the founders and top decision-makers way back when of Ascend Corporation. With Tom's vast business experience and acumen, he will hopefully do for Fastcomm what he did for Ascend. The below is Tom's initial filing for his holdings. This demonstrates his clear faith in the company. Along with Peter Madsen's recent 600,000 share purchases, these two top executives are clearly telling the wall street community that they believe good things are going to happen for them. When Cisco and Ascend first started out, they were in the same position as Fastcomm. Fastcomm, with the #1 rated voice over frame relay or voice over internet protocol, is out in front and has quite an opportunity to capitalize on this market. As the internet infrastructure becomes wider and capacity increases, everybody is going to want voice to travel the same way as data -that is for a nice cheap flat rate/ and Fastcomm is now cornering this market.
