From the conference call: and in NICs ASPs were impacted by a sequential decline of 21% in 10/100 category.

They had price cuts up to 40%, but apparently not on all 10/100 NIC's. Regardless, my interpretation of the CFO's comments is that he was referring to revenues, not earnings. They maintained revenues (in NIC's) but earnings declined over Q2 which is consistent with his statement.
