I'm pointing out the truth. Stock picking contests, in and of themselves alone, are not in violation of any SEC rules.

Do you really expect me to believe that hogwash about you getting A TON of PM's and calls about my thread? Refer them my way.

My private message system is up and running fine and I'm willing to talk to anyone who is willing to be rational.

Some people who post on ANY THREAD seem to quite obviously front load their picks so they can dump them on the unsuspecting.

I try to make sure people are aware of the potential that something like that may happen. If you read the thread you'll see I warn people not to invest any money they cannot afford to lose. We even discuss various ways to avoid, the unavoidable, losses on some of our investments.

Finally the contest now includes weekly and monthly picks. It's all just good fun to me. We have already had some good long term picks. Of course we have certainly had some REAL STINKERS!!!
