Jeff, I have been out of town, but in mouse models, Targretin indeed did block the growth stimulatory properties of Tamoxifen. It really won on virtually all counts. Both Tamoxifen and Evista have some significant side effects as SERMs and there is evidence that Targretin could address some of these problems.
