James: "I stumbled on YHoo "Warrants" trading in Frankfurt my God the warrants out on that baby, and don't they have a vested interest in the price of the stock, hmmm and what we see as the posted market cap based on shares out, may not represent even half of the real market cap if there are all these warrants out..hmmm" I am fairly certain that any warrants would be included in dilluted shares outstanding in the quarterly. Shares outstanding are 204 mil, but 237 dilluted: biz.yahoo.com
