I am still hearing that BNEZ (what's left of it) will be acquired in some sort of stock swap at or around the .24 per share level. The reason for all the delays are the 3 spin-offs and all the required registration and transfer agent stuff. Does anyone know what is left of BNEZ with out the 3 spin-offs? I too feel a little bit stupid for investing in a company without doing more due-dilligence. You had to be a shareholder of record on July 24, 1999. If you bought BNEZ on 7/30/99 you would not receive any shares of any of the 3 spin-offs. I have heard these rumors for 2 months now, lets hope they have some validity....
