Dan-that answer about the 10-K was in response to a question about the CACI agreement and what effect it may have on the 1st qtr numbers. I indicated that one source of that information may be the 10-K. I do not sit in on the operations meetings at DOCU, Dan, and readily admit I do not have all the answers about a company we follow. However, we do provide updates on the companies we profile in our newsletter...and in the March '97 MCRR we had an interview with Mr. Gistaro, CEO of DOCU.. We like to get our questions answered at the top when possible..in this months' issue, due our soon, we have two more interviews with company CEO's. gary
