Are they working hard at NOVL?

OK, I will admit upfront that the following analysis is a bit flankly, but then desperate people do desperate things...

I have been doing a very unofficial head count on the local NOVL building here in the DC area. At 6:30-7:00 each night I have counted the cars in the NOVL parking lot. The basic idea is that if there were big plans and proposals, sales meetings presentations being prepared et al there would be more people working more hours. By the way this is exactly what some of us had to do in the old Soviet Union. They would send us out to the Ministry of Defense in Moscow and count the lights on at different hours. Idea being that when all the lights were on well into the night something might be up. and you know what, it worked... The week before the Soviets invaded Afghanistan the lights were on in those buildings well into the night.

Regrettable, my survey over the last 3 months shows that the lights are not on at Novl....

Please tell me EKS that NOVL does not really own the building, someone else please add that NOVL employees are early risers and the parking lots are probably filled at 4:00 am.

FYI the Computer Associates lot down the street seems packed.
