my concern about this stock lt is the management. Mark Shull is the ceo. While mark did good things at genuity and then gte internetworking, i have to be frank and say i don't think this guy is ceo material. being ceo is a big step up from what he did at gtei. in addition, rebecca ward and some others from gtei went to digx with him. i am not sure that gtei was sorry to see any of them go. just my opinion here but one of the reasons why u buy a company is because you believe in mgt. not sure that this mgt team is an all star team. 2nd. now that they are separate from intermedia, do they have to pay for their own infrastructure and own backbone network or do they have agreements with ICI to use theirs for a period of years?? To me, this is one of the most important considerations. anyone can build hosting centers but not everyone can build network to support it.
