Well, I don't want to get into too much of a debate over the value of Systemworks, but I did pick up a copy of it to play around, and was always a big fan of Nortun Utilities and NAV, but always hated Crashguard, and as Mark does, I never let it run.
One thing to note, is when it says that it found and fixes 200 Windows problem, take it with a grain of salt. What type of problems were they? How did they effect system performance? Did you notice anything missing or any adverse effects afterwards?
All in all, it's a good suite of utilities, but it can sometimes cause more problems than it solves. Often times, the more experienced you are with PC's and PC troubleshooting, the more annoying some of it's features are. IMO
