Spark, I looked for SEC filings on IVOC and could find none. They must not be a fully-reporting company. OTC:BB is in the process of delisting non-reporting companies. The delisting is phased-in by alphabetical order. IVOC probably has several months before it must report or be delisted. I browsed its website and could find no financial statements for the company their either. Personally, I would steer clear of non-reporting OTC:BB companies with no financial statements.
