What are you talking about? Intel is one of the NAZ 100. It is considered a major tech leader. Missing the consensus estimates was major. To compare AMD's screwups to intc's is ludicrous.

In my estimation there were 3 reasons why intc has not paid (yet) for what you call a minor miss of the consensus estimate. The MM's moved quickly, the market was forgiving (because other reports came in very positive) and CB gave future guidance that sounded like intc's version of "there's gold in them dar hills".

Like I said before, you had better hope koppafeel's ( I DO like its new name) is early rather than late. And it would not hurt to have good yields at 850MHz.
