that makes no sense to me -- if a fund pays a dividend that is so substantial, it has to drop. it will have $3.75 less assets. i think it is best to wait after the dividend (why pay taxes now)?

also how comfortable do you feel about management's valuations of nonpublicly traded securities?

Lastly, have you looked at the management fees? I don't think it's 100 basis points!
