The market itself..as it sees the overvaluation of NTOP...and the underlying compnay flounder..IDTC will be punished their phone card business isnt all that great ..by the way...I dont set market sentiment I just try to read it and they both go down from here ..IDTC...and NTOP both suffer ..NTOP ..much worse..but IDTC will also get hit..The big and wonderful news is out ..Id say you will have plenty of oppty to buy it lower and cheaper
