First off, Thanks for your insight, and I can understand your frustration. Second, I think this is the one case where you can't blame CheckFree. It's not CheckFree's responsibility to put an electronic connection between Banc One and their new start up affiliate (that uses someone else for bill pay). No way, no how.

It is clearly Bank One's responsibility. That's what they get for starting up a bank on a shoe string budget (and hiring 2nd rate bill processor). Seems like Bank One is putting more into advertising than Quality.

In fact since Bank One choose someone else beside CheckFree to do the bill pay for wingspan, If I was CheckFree, I wouldn't lift a finger for Bank One.

I would be very greatful if you could report back to us on any issues or problems you have with Wingspan or their bill pay.
