The Intel complaint says because VIA reneged on an agreement on the use of the licensed INTEL technology. Trident also filed a law suit against VIA for reneging on an agreement involving the Trident graphics chip technology. VIA also has a well-earned reputation for not living up to the deals it makes. Do you see a pattern here, Danny boy?
