Allen, PE is extremely important because they move the stock prices. Savvy investors such as yourself have to consider the opinion of the uneducated masses. A lot of my professional friends, lawyers, doctors etc., invest in the market, either directly and via funds. When I asked them to simply define PE, I am amazed at how many of them don't know, especially how to derive at the E.

My point is many investment decisions are made based on the PE that they read in the WSJ or the local papers. Consequently, stock like WIND or QCOM would always be considered expensive.

A quick question, what is the definition of a design "WIN"? A lot of the stocks that I follow have design wins but somehow I cannot corelate that to the bottom line.

Finally, I see warm WIND blowing over the Brazilian RIVER, shorting butterfly wings is definitely not a good idea.
