Spark, a company that issues press releases every week and does not even file with the SEC is circumspect to me. A company that hypes $100 MM in a year or two but has barely any cash in the bank is doubly circumspect. You realize that even if they are break even, to generate $100 MM in sales you need at least $30 MM in working capital? Without seeing any financial info on the company, I cannot come to a conclusion if these are worth anything, the frequent news releases are a good sign of a P&D operation. So, if you play it, be ready for the exit any moment or they will leave you holding the bag. If it is too good to be true....maybe it is not true... Zeev
