Well, despite the company may be legit, the trading of the shares appears not to serve any public interest. So it would be worse if class actions lawsuits were filed - which is not the case, so appearently there are no disgruntled shareholders out.

But allowing it to resume trading would only serve the insiders who dump their shares on eventual bids or force buy-ins. (also see the remarkable buy-ins on VTCH recently - or the suspective trading pattern in ABRX after it was taken out and almost all shares tendered).

So, it should not be delisted (to the OBB or pink sheets, it only gets worse) but remain halted indefinitely.
