I have been reading and ejoying the post's on this thread and hope you don't mind if I jump in. Relative to a potential acquisition of CSCC, I remember last year that there were rumors that CSCC was the target of an acquisition. At the time, CSCC was pushed up to $90. That puts the market capitalization at a whopping $9 billion!

My guess is that management would be looking for something close to that to save face. This presupposes that management want's to be acquired, as I believe they control a majority of the shares.
