If what you say is true about it not being an "if" situation WRT to NYCT contract, i would be shaking in my boots. If this contract is guaranteed, and those who watch Kasten closely know this (i.e. they are of the same opinion you are) why hasn't the stock responded? Perhaps it already has responded. That's a scary thought isn't it? No response at all for the guaranteed contract. I guess then those in the know may also think that this contract isn't really of major importance and that it won't have much of an effect on the bottom line. At least, not this year. And as far as Kasten goes, who knows what tree they will be barking up next year?
