All that will change as plant gets upgraded. It's not an accident that "Sign up for Excite@Home NOW!!" isn't plastered all over the place. Very bad mistake to drive demand and then fail to deliver. @Home is doing just what they should, meeting their numbers and jamming the cable companies with a cattle prod to upgrade plant.
